Forgot my PIN number

My 10.1 in Xzean PC Tablet is locked, because I forget my PIN number. Can someone help me to solve this problem?

Welcome to the forum

If you try using it enough times it should ask that you go to Google to change the password for your account. Then, if your WiFi is on, it should allow you to gain access again.

Your only other option would be a factory reset.
