hey, may daughter got an ematic eglide reader 2.3 a while back and has forgotten the passcode she put on it. wondering how we would go about a factory reset, or some way to get passed the password.. thanks in advance
Not sure if this will help - I have also read that entering your Google account and then Null as the password bypasses the lock. Never had to try it I just DON'T password protect the screen.
