Format SD card lost OS system

Hi all, i format the inside SD card like the guy told me to do but i lost the os system. Is there a way to install the OS from a compter

Hi the sdcard I format was the one with the rom. It's a whk-809 tablet. I split the sdcard in two partition, now i just need to reinstall the rom files.
