First of all I will apologize now if this thread is already in here. As finding my way through this is as difficult as figuring out this new tablet I purchased for
my children. every time I attempt to install a new app it freezes forever. Does anyone now how to fix this ? I am not computer smart so please explain in easy terms. Thank you so much. I am attempting to get this ready for them as a gift. I want it to work. Below is the information on the tablet. It has no manufacture name on it.
