Freezes at boot up

Ok I am posting this because I am desperate. I have tried everything and also tried what Samsung suggested I do and my Galaxy still won't get past the boot up. It freezes right after logo and gets stuck on the blue swirlies... HELP!!!!

What did Samsung suggest? In other words, what have you tried so far?
