As far as I heard the Pandigital Novel runs Android 2.1...and it looks really cool. Why would you want a different one? I know there are some issues with the firmware, but an update is on it way.
As for your question, currently very few tablets run 2.0+...I recommend waiting a lil cause I predict new and better tablets in the next 6 months.
I have a Novel and it runs 2.0 (Eclair) and it is the only true Android running 2.0 in a tablet size machine over 5". It is a great starter and if the WePad ever gets to the USA, it is the only other real contender with a 10.2" running 2.1 and full wifi/3G capabilities...problem is it is as expesive as an iPad.
