I'm a student in Iowa who just purchased and received a Motorola Xoom Wifi tablet. I had money to burn so I needed to do something about that and fast. I figured a tablet (tablet, slate.. whatever people call it today) would be a sufficient place to start. Given my experience and ultimate preference for Motorola, the choice was pretty simple for me.
I also have an HTC Desire, which I can happily say is a thousand times better than the 2.1 Samsung I had prior (thanks to USCellular's belief points, I was able to rid myself of it a few months early).
Thank you in advance for the large quantity of advice and suggestions that I steal from you all.
