Hi,if this question has been answered,then can you please re-direct me to the answer.
My daughters 7 inch ainol tablet has frozen on the screen saver each time the tablet starts up.I have tried the - button and power on button together that gets you to the stage were you can do a few other things,i chose the factory reset.This did put the tablet back to its original settings,but i am still having the same problem i.e.the sreen will not respond to any actions and goes to sleep after 10 secs......Can this be fixed by a software update?.....Any one who has any advice,i would be very gratefull to hear from.
