Frozen

I have a Android 2.2 Kernal 2.6.32 build number is V1.2.2 AND A LITTLE FAT GREEN MAN. AND THATS ALL I SEE WHEN I TURN IT ON .Can someone please tell me what has happen to make it freeze.I've had it for only three months.Thanking you in advance.

I have a Android OS 2.2, Kernal 2.6.32, Build Number V1.5.2.1 that is frozen and I don't know what to do; I pushed the reset button. I don't know where the battery is to take out and I don't have an SD card in it, it that is a memory card..is this just a worthless tablet? *sigh*
