full user guide?

I found the Android user guide on Google. However, it only goes to page 140. Are the other 110 pages available somewhere else? I just find it funny that there are references (see page259) and the document only goes to 140.

Well, that's sad. It says that gallery info is on page 225. It also says I should see cached processes. It would be nice to have the info.
