generic 7" android 1.6 specialist needed

ok ive read all the faq on this thing......now i need to know who here is the most knowledgable. i just got it yesterday for 75 bucks and i want to see what i can do to it.(if anything). please let me know here what can be done and how to do it.please dont reply if you dont know for sure and just wanna say "read the forums" thanks in advance.its a mid generic 7" 1.6. you know the one.
