Good 4" to 5" tablet?

I haven't seen maybe tablets with this form factor, except from the dell streak. Are there any?

Also, what are your opinions on the dell streak?, i plan to purchase this tablet soon if there are no alternatives.

There's the Archos 43, a cheaper alternative. However, the Dell Streak 5 would have better build quality.
