Adobe stated they will not develop or support flash for Android beyond 4.0.X.
    So native Flash is out.

In a video review of the Nexus 7, someone mentioned the ability to download another browser. Would Flash be supported if you use something other than Chrome?

First, Adobe has announced it will not support Flash beyond ICS.

But, yes, if you get a different browser (Dolphin Browser HD, Maxathon, Opera Mobile, etc) that support flash, you may be able to get flash working.

It may be necessary to get a copy of the flash APK from someone with ICS, not sure if it will show up in the Play Store for 4.1 devices.
