Google Play Store stopped

My tablet did not care and went to reinstall the ROM of the tablet (MaxSun M81). I downloaded the image from the manufacturer's website and found that after installing the image does not have the market even google google play. Before the problem occurs, access to google play was ok. Now install the program for alternative sites and every time I open it returns the error message "Google Store Play stopped."
I need help because I do not know what else to do.

Welcome to the forum

I'm a little confused. If yiou are getting that error the Play Store app must be there. Go to settings > apps > all and see if you see the Store app and Google Framework.
