Thanks for the update. If you replace the old file back video recording will work. I never record so I hadn't noticed. Anyone else come across issues please post below.

Confirmed the VidCam will not work with the Netflix .so file.

The webcam seems to work but the rear-facing camera FCs as noted. Oh, well, I'd rather have netflix

I am using Root Explorer, with root... superuser permission....

@ the top of root explorer click 'Mount R/W' so it reads 'Mount R/O' then you can edit.

Not sure if netflix streams out side the US. But for streaming only it costs $7.99/month.

Streaming is currently only available in the US & Canada. Netflix announced they will be expanding to 43 countries in 2012.
