GPS and SatNav

Hi, I looked into this ages ago and didnt find much info at the time (although android tablets were barely out) Are there any tablets out that are 7" or larger that has full GPS support so you can run satnav applications? Preference would be to lower end buget machines but most important criteria is that GPS is functional and reliable and it can access android market. Are there any such GPS enabled tablets now available? Cheers! Becca
