gps issue

hi guyyyyys! one problem with gps: i try to start gps with "navigator" application (app with blue triangle), it try to search position but after a few seconds/minutes it reports a message where it say that a data connection is required. tablet is without sim, i disabled option for searching in wifi network, no wifi connecction avalible anyway. i try it in my balcony. i would like it works without connection is it possible?

It is not working without a connection because you don't have the map on your computer. Without the connection it cannot download the map. The map remains in the cloud. There are programs out there (Navigon for example) that saves the map (that you buy) to your computer and does not require wifi or 3G for navigation.

ok, i found a "free" version of sygic gps navigation 11.0.2

when i buy a microsd i will try it

I have not tried it yet, but I understand that you can download portions of Google Map for offline use.
