I don't think anyone has been able to get a GPS anything to work on Android using USB. Some models do allow you to connect via blue tooth.

bizarre! noone in this community has even tried to use for example a Pl2303 USB GPS, and install the pl2303.ko module (available for instance from any other Allwinner A10 device), and use a GPS4Droid app??? i somehow can't believe...
