Graphic design/web dev student

Im looking for a tablet to suit my uni life, i want it for the following:

taking notes in class
drawing sketchs
brainstorming/ prototyping ideas
etc

i want it portable but not useless

i have been looking at the HTC flyer, the jetsteam and the Lenovo Thinkpad Tab.

Pen is crucial.

Also heard news about new tabs from both companies late 2011/early 2012

any advice on which to invest in would be appreciated
