Green Fuzzy Screen HEEEELP

Hi, my screen has a green fuzzy glow thing going on and I dont know what to do ..Help.. is this something a factory reboot could fix?

i have the same thing with my Android tablet. It looks like the video is shot... ( So far I found no answer; just only your posting here... (

I just found the answer to it. Took me a day to figure the fix. I was playing around and then I suddenly came up with the idea of "Resetting" it. I reset by holding the Power button down for a good 10 secs with my finger pressed then release it. Et voila it works. By the way, I have the Android Model Number DFP7005 with the Android version 4.0.3, Kernel Version: 3.0.8+. Unfortunately, I can't find who made this Android tablet. I'm still new at it. Hope this will help in the future for anyone out there who had the Android.
