Yeah its possible I did it with my 7022 looks cool but I didn't like the loading speed... takes too long for home screen to appear correctly

It's not a ui it's just a theme. I can help you do it but you need to have at least cm7 or ics. The statusbar must have soft buttons. You can still theme the main screen but not the status bar if you don't have the roms I mentioned.
