HAIPAD M8 1G display problem

Hello everybody,
I bought an haipad m8 and I noticed that the display has a dense noise (such as noise effect of photoshop/gimp) which is very annoying and causes a sharp eyes discomfort after a few minutes of use.
The noise occurs mostly on light backgrounds and makes it difficult to read.
I would like to know if other devices has the same problem, or if mine is defective.
