How to reflash it, I heard some sounds when i turn it on but no display likewise when i touch the screen i heard a beep sound also, please help. thanks

2. Do you have the firmware (original or update) for it?
3. What is your desktop system OS?
4. Do you have Android SDK installed?
5. Assuming "yes" to #4, can ADB detect the tablet with "devices" command?
