I will be grateful for some help. My daughter has forgotten her password of her Sanei N77. Cannot go pass the password screen. I have tried resetting it by pressing and holding volume - and power for a few seconds and then volume + and power buttons for up to one mins. The tablet does not do anything.
Just wondering if anyone has an idea on how to reset it to factory setting, bearing in mind that I cannot do the soft method at the present.
