Hardest time getting web site videos to play in any briowser

ok I need some help. I have tried many different browsers and non of them seem to be able to play inline videos in web sites such as Fox News and others.Is this a Honeycomb deficiency or just Android in general?

Browsers I have tried:

• Stock
• Dolphin HD
• Skyfire with video license
• Miren
• Opera Mini

i uninstalled flash and reinstalled and now the videos work
