hardware diagnosis app?

Is there an app to diagnose hardware issues? Does anybody have any info/hint?

My A500 crashes frequently - seems random in any apps, browser/file explorer/kidz doodle/etc. Today I reset my device to factory default - and wiped out all my apps and data - to see if the crash/auto-reboot could be cured. Unfortunately, the device still crashes followed by auto-reboots (sometimes one reboot is not enough for the device to auto-recover). I start to believe there may be some hardware issues.

it's a very late reaction, but i was surfing around a bit and stumbled over your question.

I myself use Elixir and Sendlog for all my problems. The first is a super app that tells me all about my device. The second is a super app when i've got to talk to support. I start my device and make a sendlog,then I try to find the problem again and make another sendlog. Both log-fils I'll send to support people and that could help them in locating the problem faster.
