Harmony V1.2. Sound Problem + a few more:)

It seems as though when I access the settings tab from the home screen and then open my app selection page I lose my sound. When I shut down I can here the speakers pop a little bit..Same when I start up then they work unless I duplicate the mentioned action. Also have sound loss when using speaker toggle option on Angry Birds seasons..Sometimes it will freeze also. Often I have issues when tablet thinks I am trying to voice search, so I went ahead and uninstalled the Google microphone thing and haven't seen that message yet. Happens when you hit the search icon on the physical border of pad. You have to be extra careful how you position hands while holding. This is my first ROM and what a difference..speeding ticket...especially after selecting the fast options in spare parts. Just D'Loaded flash 10.2...still a little afraid to do the Tegra market fix. Are they zero's or o's in the commands?
