Having problem with Captcha on my Android 4.0.4 Galaxy Note Tablet

I am a new tablet user so I am not that familiar with how things work. I am trying to log into my online bank account but it won't work. The security code (captcha) is not recognized. I did contact my bank but they don't know what the problem is. Btw...I am able to login to my account on my PC. Has anyone encountered this problem, and does anyone know a solution? Any help is appreciated

Not sure what the problem would be, I have been to many sites, using my Note 10.1, that use Captcha for bot screening and have never had a problem.
