HBO Go app not working on NC

But the app is supposed to work on Gingerbread, which is what CM7 is running. I'm on 7.0.2.

The app opens, but throws a 'force close' when going to the login screen.

Has anyone found a solution for this?

You might need to use an app like Titanium Backup to wipe the HBO app data or uninstall and reinstall.

I've tried uninstalling/re-installing, and ran a fix permissions. No joy. :/

i read an article that it is only compatible with a few android devices running GB.

The article was on my Pulse newsfeed, so i cannot remember which android site had the info.

Hard to tell, they may have been trying to link to a file that was a working HBO apk? But since there is nothing of value in the post the way it is I will remove.
