HBO GO - Video won't play

On my Coby mid1024:

I have the Android Market working - Netflix working...thanks to those on this forum who shared this info.

I was able to get HBO Go from Android Market - it opens & I can log in. When I try to play a video I get an error message "Cannot play video" "sorry this video cannot be played"

Any ideas? Thanks

Many things may cause this, some ideas:
- it needs a specific version of a third party software, like Flash
- it looks for your device fingerprint and allows video only if white-listed

I have Adobe Flash Player 10.3...any way around the white-list issue?

Sorry, I can't help further because I don't have/use HBO GO. I'd suggest that you contact their support and try to look to similar issues in the web. Hopefully someone with a Kyros will pop-up and try to help too.
