Is there a way to use the HDMI output to get higher resolution, or is one stuck with an echo of the tablet's screen? For example, is it possible to connect a keyboard and disable the internal screen to get higher resolution? Frequently see advertisements about higher resolution, e.g. for games. Is that enabled only via specific apps, or is it generally possible for all/most apps, or just bs?
