HDMI port is not working in 'All Winner A10' based Tablet

Hi all...,

Here we are using 'All winner cotex-A10' based 7 inch(Android 4.0.3) tablet. It contains HDMI port. But it is not working.

There is no display setting to switch to HDMI, How can i connect HDMI display to this tablet?
