Help - Apps moved to SD no longer show in launcher

Yesterday I moved a bunch of stuff to SD and now when I reboot I have to re add them to my launcher screens :-(

Any advice appreciated.

This is usual the result of a corrupted file system on the sdcard. Try backing up your data off the card to a PC. Reformat the card and restore the data.
