Help can't connect net with my Byond mi3 tab

Dear all,Greetings to everyone.I am a first timer of android. just got my byond mi3 three days back. Very first day am connected to internet, the tab with Beetle MF190(ZTE) usb stick, downloaded AVG antivirus and Dolphine Browser but from yesterday the Tab do not identify the dongle stick. I've made the Tab factory reset. I've tried with Vodafone stick also. Please Help!!!
