I bought 3 x A13's for my kids for Christmas and 1 of them got stuck in an boot loop
there is no hidden menu (hold up and power ect)
so I downloaded a diff firmware and the touch screen doesnt work
is there a way I can extract a working image from one of my other A13 and install that on the broken one
if it is possible can someone tell me how please
all 3 of the A13's are the same
I used livesuite to install the image
