Help Identifying Tablet

Good day.. Can someone help regarding with this tabled I own.. I can't find any firmware and flash tool for my device.. and Instructions how to root it, by the way here is the quick specs of my tablet.. Thanks and God bless..

I don't see how anyone can be much help for your question as the tablet is identified on that WEB site. It's a SAS Tablet and obviously not well supported. Your best hope is to find the company and see what they can do for you but I wouldn't hold out much hope for support.
