Help needed with Tabtech M0009S

The tablet came with a useless manual and seems to have no help files. Neither can I find a manual on line, an Android Users' Guide (354 pages!) offers some help but deals with phones not my tablet.
This is my first encounter with an i anything and I have a lot to learn. Where can get help to supplement my trial and error?

Hi I just see your comment and wondered if you had any luck... i have also bought a M0009s for my son for christmas and have NO IDEA how to set it up. I cannot even create and android account. Must be doing something wrong. Was wondering if you could help in any way. Thanks
