Just received our new haipad M701 and powered it up but the touchscreen does not work, or is it just us? We emailed the company we bought it from and they think a wire is unplugged and wanted us to take it to someone who works on cellphones. They advised taking off the clear front and then plugging in the little wire. Any suggestions? Has anyone had the same poblem and has anyone opened up their haipad? thanks!!!!!!
