Help Please

I have a Viewsonic gTablet, I am illiterate!! You have helped with MS exchange although it is only good for 30days, any free out there?
Still haveing certificate errors, and it keeps going to the home page. I am getting frustrated, and sae an Archos for the same price should I send my Gtab back anf get the Archos? Or will I have the same problems

you have to contact the buyers,then let him give you root up.
if it doesn't work,return to the buyer,require the replacement.
