i just got a eken android a few days ago and its been working fine until tonite. i used the usb cable and connected it to my laptop and when doing so. the android lite up with colored lines then it went out and nothing happens now. i cant even get it to turn on. the red light is on when i charge it but thats all i get. any help would be helpfull. i am new to all this.
