hi i have an android 10 inch epad tablet i have switched on and all i get is a penguin then android then a flashing android nothin more i have tried resetting but to no avail is there anythin u can suggest plz

Is this an ASUS tablet?

Do you have a microSD card with any zip files in the top level directory? If so, try removing and rebooting.
