HELP!! Tablet MID configure wifi

Hello, I bought a tablet MID, it has wi fi but I can not activate it, when I click turn on it "stays active" for less than one minute and then turns off automatically. Does it have some configuration error or is it a physical problem?

Hi first find a signal on line 3 of your device and then tap the box sometime more then once Matty

I'll try do this and then I write here. But, It isn't possible to find a signal, because when I select the option to find a signal, my tablet doesn't show any option to connect it. I'll come back tonight because I'm at work and the tablet is at home.
