Help, trying to upload and transfer ebooks

I am trying to upload my e books from Amazon located on my windows to my Android 7" 4.0 tablet . I am new at this need serious help.

If they are kindle books, just install the kindle app on your tablet via the Play Store or Amazon AppStore.
