Help with launcher pro (dock shortcuts)

I have launcher pro running and wanted to change the dock shortcuts. From my research it looks like you should long press the icon you want to change. Hit the Change shortcut option in the popup menu and then pick the new program. My problem is when i get the popup menu and hit "change shortcut" nothing happens?

Any help is appreciated.

Yeah, get Zeam.. You're describing the very reason I uninstalled Launcher Pro and went with Zeam.

Between Zeam and Elixer (widget that allows shortcuts to other apps)

You should at least check em out.

The only way nright now is to make a backup of a useable (no phone, sms) layout on another device (droid etc..) and then copy the backup onto your nooks sd card and restore...

Easier way is to just use adw or zeam
