help with superpad i7 model M701 android market/app download problems

i have a superpad i7 m701 android market came installed it worked for about 5 days and now dose not work keep force closing and when i try to re-download it says it is not compatible with my device what can i do to fix the problem

also when i try to download app from google play it will say that it will be downloaded shortly but nothing ever happens the apps i try and download never do get downloaded

any ideas?
