Help with t301

ok i have wireless internet, but my tablet says that there is no internet connection. I have tried many things even sending it back under warenty but they say that the will only give me online support and have given up on android. i think i will switch to apple if i cant get help.

Sorry to hear you are having so many problems and even more sorry to hear it would make you consider an iPad.

It would be nice to get just a little more information. Have you tried your tablet anywhere besides home to see if it worked? Maybe a public hotspot? Does your tablet say WiFi is on, or not?

You say you have wireless. Being that wireless in this case is not the same as WiFi but you say you have wireless, (which would be like a cell phone), I may be a little confused myself.
