I can't get my kyros 7015 to update. Went to the website, followed instructions exactly and this is what I get:

Finding update package...
Opening update package...
Verifying update package...
E: failed to open/sdcard/update.zip (no such file or directory)
E: signature verification failed
Installation aborted.

I rebooted it and tried again, received the same thing. When I open the device on the computer, it shows the file as being on the SD card. What do I need to do?

It is not seeing the file for some reason. Make sure the sdcard is properly formatted, file is in the root of the sdcard and you see the card in settings/storage/sdcard on the Coby.

BTW; the card should be formatted Fat32 the slow way not the quick format.
