Hello everyone!!! I'm new to the tablet world. I just received my M009 GOOGLE ANDROID tablet. I am have the worst time connecting to the internet. The thing is, it says that my WiFi connection is strong, but I still can't access the internet. What am I doing wrong or what else do I need to do/try? Thanks in advance!!!

Some people have said they had to change their router setting from WPA or Wpa2 to WEP in order to connect. It might be worth a try.

firstly, please clear the cookies in the device, second, please confirm if your mode is at flight mode or what? or please contact with EKEN company aftersale center service

Also try the channel on your router - reset to default if you have changed it to something else. you can also try changing the dynamic address to static in the advanced options.
