help

my android 2.2 wm 8650 will not allow me to download from market app or anything else. My connection says EXCELLENT however when i try to download says " CONNECTION FAILED" also says " IT APPEARS THAT YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION IS NOT AVAILABLE" which is wierd cuz i can get online no problem which tells me i have a connection....what do i need to do?? can anybody help me?? i dont know...thanks
