I bought my xoom on ebay, which I realize now was a mistake. I accidentally dropped it, and now it won't turn on. I can't find anything with the serial number, and no one, including Verizon, will even look at it. I don't want to have to buy a new xoom, because I've loaded this one with stuff. What do I do?
